We offer our house through the Spittal/Millstätter See/Nockberge Tourism Association. You can conveniently process your reservation for our house through their vacation rental platform. The calendar will show you the current availability. In the next step, you can proceed with the booking directly.
We only rent the house on a weekly basis ideally from Sunday to Sunday. However, we will try to accommodate other arrangements if possible.

Please understand that in case of a last-minute cancellation of your stay, the following costs will be charged to you.

We recommend all our guests to obtain travel cancellation insurance as a precautionary measure. Please take note of our cancellation policy. In the event that you or any members of your group are unable to commence the vacation with us due to personal reasons, the cancellation costs invoiced by us will be covered by the insurance.
