Our changeover day is Sunday unless specifically agreed otherwise. A contact person will welcome you on-site from 5:00 PM onwards and hand over the keys to the house. The house will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for you by 5:00 PM.
Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. If you anticipate arriving very late in Spittal, we will leave the key in a code-secured key safe outside the house.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the house by 10:00 AM so that our cleaning staff can meticulously clean and prepare the house for the next guest. If you are departing early in the morning, please let us know. In this case, you can leave your keys in the key safe.
Your navigation system will conveniently guide you to Peintenstrasse 30, A-9800 Spittal an der Drau. Please note that in Austria, a vignette is required for using the highways. You can purchase it before crossing the border or conveniently obtain it digitally with a lead time of 2 weeks: Order Vignette online.
If you are traveling to Spittal via the Tauern Motorway A10, you will also need to pay a toll fee (€13.5 per car) at the toll station.
The Spittal/Millstättersee train station is a stop for all express trains on the Tauern Railway line between Salzburg and Villach.

From the Spittal/Millstättersee train station, you can reach the house by the Lieser on foot in 20 minutes or by taxi or rental car in 5 minutes.
