After the renovation, our house can accommodate up to 10 guests in five bedrooms. Four bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and one is on the ground floor. In addition to the three large south-facing bedrooms (23, 17, and 18 sqm) with double beds (180x200cm), there is a smaller bedroom (10 sqm) on each floor, each with a 140 cm wide bed.

On the upper floor, there are two shower rooms with toilets, and on the lower floor, there is an additional bathroom also with a toilet. The kitchen provides ample space for cooking for ten people. An extra-large induction hob, an oven with various special functions, a microwave oven, and a large double-door refrigerator are available to assist you.

In the basement, there is a washing machine and a dryer, as well as plenty of storage space for sports and hiking equipment.

We want you to feel comfortable during your stay, so there are no strict house rules. However, we kindly ask you to treat our house and the provided inventory with care, so that future guests have the same conditions for a pleasant vacation as you did. You can park your cars in the driveway or the parking spaces opposite the entrance. Our neighbors are very helpful and familiar with Spittal and its surroundings. Please feel free to approach them with any questions regarding your holiday plans.

The garden is spacious, and everyone should have fun. However, please avoid excessive noise during unusual hours.

All electrical appliances and most furnishings are user-friendly and new. If any device is defective or if there are any damages to the furnishings, please inform us. We will make every effort to repair the defect as soon as possible.

Please respect the suggested check-in time (not before 5 PM) and check-out time (not after 10 AM). We need several hours to prepare the house for the next guests.
